To protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers, and wildlife and to make compassion for living beings.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\">8. Scientific temper, humanism and developing a sense of inquiry and improvement.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\">9. To protect public property and to eliminate violence.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\">10. To strive towards excellence in all areas of personal and collective activity so that the nation can reach a high level of continuous effort and achievement.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\">11. To provide opportunities for education by the parent the guardian, to his child, or award between the age of 6-14 years as the case may be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recommendations of the\u00a0<strong>Sardar Swaran Singh Committee,<\/strong>8 fundamental duty were added, but two fundamental duty was added by the 42nd Constitution Amendment Act 1976.
